The writ petition was disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file representation before Sub Divisional Officer, Banka and the Sub Divisional Officer, Banka was directed to take decision within one week.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties submits that the appropriate decision was taken by the Sub Divisional Officer, Banka on 20.01.2015 before the date of filing of the present application.

Considering the aforesaid, the Court is not find any merit to proceed any further.
