In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 845 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323 and 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of D.P. Act. The petitioner is the 'Devar' of the complainant and allegation in totality in the complaint petition has been made that on the instruction of his elder brother, he carried and brought the complainant to her 'Naihar'.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29002 of 2019(2) dt.02-05-2019 2/2 case, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Complaint Case No. 845 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
