This is an application seeking quashing of the First Information Report bearing Jay Nagar P.S. Case No. 208 of 2013, dated 24.10.2013, which has been registered under Sections 409, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

On 28.08.2020, this Court had called for a report from the Court below about the stage of the case, which report has since been received.
