2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1431 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the IPC and Sections 4 of the D.P. Act.

3. It is a case of matrimonial dispute. The complainant is wife of the petitioner. She alleges atrocities by her husband and his family members for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and ultimately she was ousted from her matrimonial house.

4. In compliance with the order dated 07.10.2025, the maternal grandfather (Nana) of the children has handed over his

No.30373 of 2025(6) dt.02-12-2025 2/3 bank details of Karnal Main Canara Bank, Kunjpura Road, Karnal, Haryana-132001, Account No. 110276437560, IFSC Code: CNRB0002046, MICR Code:- 132015102, in the name of Sitaramram, Prince Kumar and Amrita Kumari, for depositing the maintenance amount as directed by the order dated 07.10.2025 for the children. The copy of the bank passbook is annexed with the record as token of receipt.

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Samastipur in connection with Complaint Case No. 1431 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the CrPC/482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.

7. The maternal grandfather of the children is present in the Court. He is directed that whenever the petitioner is willing to meet his children, the maternal grandfather is obliged to facilitate the meetings.

8. The petitioner shall continue depositing the maintenance amount of Rs. 2,500/- each for his two children, as directed vide the order dated 07.10.2025. In case of failure to pay the above-noted amount without any reasonable cause, the learned court below shall pass an appropriate order, including the cancellation of the petitioner's bail bond.
