2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 341, 307, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner alongwith co-accused Manjeet Kumar fired upon informant, as a result of which, he sustained two fire-arm injuries. Doctor has found the injuries to be grievous in nature.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that there is specific and direct allegation of firing against petitioner and co-accused. He further submits that besides the present case, petitioner is accused in more case.

5. Considering the nature of injury and criminal antecedent, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
