2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"I. For direction and commanding the respondents concerned to fix the pension of the petitioner and accordingly sanction it to the petitioner.

II. For directing and commanding the respondents concerned to calculate the arrears on the sanctioned pension and accordingly paid the amount with the current interest to the petitioner w.e.f. 31.01.2018.

III. For any other relief as the Hon'ble Court deems fit on the facts and the circumstances of the case."

3. In view of the affidavits filed by the respondents, especially the State, it is not disputed that now all dues of the petitioner to which he was entitled have been paid.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that liberty may be given to him to file representation before the Competent Authority in case there is any discrepancy in such payments or something still remains to be paid.

5. Having regard to the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the respondent no. 3, with regard to any error or omission which may have occurred in making such payment. If the same is done within two months from today, the respondent no. 3 shall get the issue raised by the petitioner verified from the records and pass a reasoned order on such representation within

If it transpires that anything further is required to be paid to the petitioner, the same shall also be paid to him within six weeks from the date of passing of the order on his representation.
