ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 11-05-2015 The Petitioners seek revision of the judgment dated 20.02.2003 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, VI, Begusarai, in Cr. Appeal No.53 of 2001 by which he has affirmed the judgment and order of conviction dated 09.04.2001 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Begusarai, in G.R. Case No.3149 of 1993/Tr. No.50 of 2001 under Section 379 Indian Penal Code. Having considered the lower courts judgment, I do not find any reason to interfere with the same. However, considering that the occurrence took place in the year 1993 and the offence is one under Section 379 Indian Penal Code, the sentence of the Petitioners is reduced to the period already undergone by the Petitioners.
