The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nagar (Katihar Town) P.S. Case No. 101 of 2021 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case.

Both the parties have compromised the present case, as contained in Annexure-3 to the bail application. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
