2. Learned Counsel for the Municipal Corporation submits that soft copy of the counter affidavit has been filed. He submits that hard copy may be accepted in the Court itself.

3. In the light of the pleading made in the counter affidavit, no case of the petitioner is left as the grievances of the petitioner has been settled.

4. It transpires from the record that on 05.12.2024 no one was appeared on behalf of the petitioner and matter was adjourned for 06.03.2025, on 20.03.2025 also no one was

It was clearly indicated on 20.03.2025 that if no one shall appear on behalf of the petitioner on the next date, appropriate order shall be passed.
