2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to create Jamabandi in the light of the memo No.1624 dated 24.06.12 and allow the petitioner to deposit the rent of the land situated under Mauza Kesariya Khata No.19, Plot No.922/1 and 605/1 Total Area 1 Bigha 19 kathas 12 dhurs equal to 2.46 Acres in favour of the petitioner.

(ii) To grant any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled from the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. The petitioner is the daughter of the Ex-Military personnel and is aggrieved by the action/orders passed by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6354 of 2015(3) dt.08-07-2025 2/2 respondent authorities. The facts are there and has been countered by the State respondent also, the same has not been refuted, the counter affidavit having been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner in the year 2017.

4. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she shall be preferring an appropriate petition before appropriate authority in next four weeks.

5. Granting said liberty and without commenting on the merit of the case, the writ petition is disposed of.
