JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-03-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(1) The Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondents restraining from initiating or deciding Revenue Proceedings during the pendency of Title Appeal No.47 of 2011 by issuance of appropriate Writ/direction .

(11) That the Hon'ble Court may be further pleased to hold and direct that the finding in the Civil Suit/Appeal shall be binding on all the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9469 of 2015(2) dt.28-03-2023 2/2 parties and result in revenue proceedings will be subject to the decision in the Civil Case.

(111) That there should not be any multiplicity of proceedings."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the learned Civil Court, Jamui, where Title Appeal No.47 of 2011 is stated to be pending.

Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
