The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Keshariya P.S. Case No.374 of 2017 registered under Sections 366-A read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the allegation made in the first information report that the petitioner and his brother Arun Kumar abducted the minor daughter of the informant forcibly and till date she has not been recovered, I am not inclined to grant him prearrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner is rejected.
