The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No.28 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 326, and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has surrendered in the court below. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application. Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn.
