JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-10-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(I) For issuance of order/direction to the concerned respondent authority to complete the construction of Flat No.5/MH/45, so that it can be used for residential purposes, which was allotted to the petitioner by the Bihar State Housing Board, Patna vide its letter no.2340 dated 22.06.1992 and is situated in Barari Housing Colony, Bhagalpur.

(II) For directing the concerned respondent authority to enter into an agreement with respect to the said Flat after completion thereof and after the possession of the same is

Patna High Court CWJC No.9070 of 2016(3) dt.03-10-2024 2/2 handed over to the petitioner.

(III) For further issuance of writ/order/ direction to the respondent no.3 not to excessively value the Flat, since the same is in a dilapidated condition.

(IV) For further issuance of direction to the respondents to compensate the petitioner, who is running from Pillar to post after getting the allotment letter way back but has not got the said flat due to latches on the part of the respondent authority."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent No.3, i.e. the Executive Engineer, Bihar State Housing Board, Bhagalpur for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
