Petitioner has filed the present writ petition for direction to the respondent to provide ID and Password to the petitioner for functioning of Sahaj Basudha Kendra at Adharpur Panchayat of Teghara Block, District- Begusarai. Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.3, the Block Development Officer-cum-Member
Patna High Court CWJC No.14773 of 2016(4) dt.19-04-2019 2/2 Secretary, Sahaj Basudha Kendra (CSC), Teghara, DistrictBegusarai to take appropriate decision. Considering the nature of relief prayed and obligation of the respondent No.3 in this regard, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent No.3 to take appropriate decision on the claim of the petitioner for providing ID and Password so that Sahaj Basudha Kendra at Adharpur Panchayat of Teghara Block, District- Begusarai may be made operational. Necessary decision in this regard must be taken by the respondent No.3, within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
