The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is non-consideration of her case for approval of service by the Director, Secondary Education. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working in the St. M.G. High School, Boring Canal Road, Patna. He submits that the institution, in question, is a minority institution and the petitioner has been validly appointed by the Managing Committee of the institution. He

Patna High Court CWJC No.6851 of 2016(5) dt.29-07-2019 2/2 submits that notwithstanding the fact that the appointment of the petitioner is in accordance with law applicable to the minority institution. He further submits that the Director, Secondary Education is sitting tight over the matter.

Considering the indecisiveness on the part of the Director, Secondary Education in the matter of grant of approval of service of the petitioner, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Director, Secondary Education to take appropriate decision in the matter of grant of approval of the service of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

While taking decision, the Director, Secondary Education will consider the fact that services of similarly circumstanced other teachers have been approved. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
