The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No.92 of 2021 registered under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and other allied sections of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that there is a case and counter case between both the parties. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of
