JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-10-2021 The present writ petition has been filed seeking quashing of the order dated 27.4.2021 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Tikari, Gaya, whereby and whereunder the PDS license of the petitioner bearing license no. 6/2016 has been cancelled.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of the learned counsel for the Respondent-State, Sri Upendra Pratap Singh (AC to SC-4), seeks to withdraw the present writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.13098 of 2021(2) dt.21-10-2021 2/2 petition, however, with liberty to seek redressal of his grievances in accordance with the remedies available as per the provisions contained in the Bihar Targeted PDS (Control) Order, 2016.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn, however, with the aforesaid liberty.
