No. 6576 of 2015 This Interlocutory Application has been filed for substitution of heir and legal representatives of Appellant No. 1 and Respondent No. 17, namely, Sheo Dusadh and Most. Rigani who died on 10.02.2002 and 18.07.1986 respectively leaving behind their heir and legal representatives whose name are mentioned in paragraphs no. 3 and 4 of this application. This Interlocutory Application is allowed.

The heir and legal representatives of Appellant No. 1 and Respondent No. 17, namely, Sheo Dusadh and Most. Rigani who died on 10.02.2002 and 18.07.1986 respectively as mentioned in paragraphs no. 3 and 4 of this Interlocutory Application be substituted and in their place, the names Appellant No. 1 and Respondent No. 17, namely, Sheo Dusadh

Patna High Court MJC No.2028 of 2015(7) dt.26-08-2022 2/2 and Most. Rigani respectively be expunged from the array of the parties.

Re. M.J.C. No. 2028 of 2015 Heard the parties.

This application has been filed for restoration of First Appeal No. 601 of 1982 which stood dismissed for noncompliance of peremptory order dated 01.02.1999. For the reasons mentioned in the application, it is allowed and First Appeal No. 601 of 1982 is restored to its original file.
