This is an old matter of the year 2016 and the petitioner do not seem interested in pursuing the present writ application, even on the previous occasion i.e. on 25.06.2025, no one had appeared on behalf of the petitioner to press the writ application and tt was made clear on the last occasion itself that if on the next date, no one would appear to press the writ application, then the Court will consider dismissing it for nonprosecution.

3. For the reasons stated above, the writ application stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
