2. The present application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 30.07.2018 passed by learned A.D.J., 1st Sheikhpura in Jairampur P.S. Case No.16 / 2007 (Sessions Trial No.151/2016) by which discharge petition filed by the petitioner under Section 227 of the Cr.P.C. has been rejected.

3. It has been informed by the learned District Court vide Letter dated 20.08.2025 that the trial has already progressed and is at the stage of evidence in connection with Jayrampur P.S. Case No.16 of 2007.

4. In view of the changed stage of trial, the present
