JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-04-2022 At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application as against petitioner No. 1 (Sayeed Ahmad). Permitted to be withdrawn.

It is, thus, dismissed as withdrawn as against petitioner No. 1.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42733 of 2021(2) dt.12-04-2022 2/2 period of four weeks from today.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 57/21 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323/379/467/468/419/420/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that petitioners No. 2 to 7 are ladies, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 57/21, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. Petitioner No. 1 (Sayeed Ahmad) is directed to surrender within four weeks.
