The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 16.10.2015 whereby he was put under suspension w.e.f. 07.10.2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of other similarly circumstanced was considered by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 14.05.2018 in C.W.J.C. No. 9290 of 2018 and directed that the departmental proceedings be completed within a period of six months from today and final order be passed within the same period, failing

Patna High Court CWJC No.9961 of 2019(2) dt.09-06-2020 2/2 which, the order of suspension shall stand revoked automatically.

Considering the fact that the petitioner was put under suspension w.e.f. 07.08.2015, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to conclude the departmental proceeding within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which, the order of suspension shall stand revoked automatically. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
