2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dumariya P.S. Case No. 10 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 316(5) and 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is a PDS dealer and is an accused in black marketing of food grains and has committed large number of irregularities regarding his PDS dealership.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged in the FIR. Learned counsel further submits that the food grains
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30817 of 2025(2) dt.15-05-2025 2/2 were already distributed among the consumers/beneficiaries and there is no complain of any consumers/beneficiaries against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 09.02.2025.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Sherghati, Gaya/ concerned Court in connection with Dumariya P.S. Case No. 10 of 2025.
