Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 113 of 2018 for the offence under sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 308, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Referring to FIR, he submits that allegation against this petitioner and Roushan Kumar is identical. Co-accused Roushan Kumar has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court in Cr. Misc. No. 54357 of 2018 vide order dated 28.09.2018.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56255 of 2018(2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Aurangabad, in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 113 of 2018 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
