JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 05-09-2018 This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 22.6.18 passed in Cr. Misc. no.14967 of 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 22.6.18 passed in Cr. Misc. no.14967 of 2018 but the petitioner could not surrender in time as he was studying in MBA PSIJ, college, Kanpur and he could not get proper communication within time. He makes prayer for extension of time.

In such circumstances, four week's further time is granted to the petitioner from the date of receipt of copy of this order to surrender in the Court below in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55304 of 2018(2) dt.05-09-2018 2/2 Vishnupad P.S. case no. 163 of 2017 pending in the court of learned CJM, Gaya and in that event the petitioner will be released on same terms and conditions as mentioned under order dated 22.6.18 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 14967of 2018. This Cr. Misc. petition is allowed.
