2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 288 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. Allegedly, a loaded country-made pistol and a cartridge were recovered from the waist of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that that the petitioner is innocent and falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that the petitioner is under custody since 02.08.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. It appears that the petitioner is involved in as many

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30579 of 2025(2) dt.16-05-2025 2/2 as seven cases, including the case under Sections 302/34 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

7. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as the gravity of the allegation, I do not think it to be a fit case for bail, which is hereby rejected. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Nirmal/- U T
