JUSTICE ALOK KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE) 12-09-2025 In the instant writ petition, petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs :

"i. To direct the concerned authorities to ensure that the funds allocated for development projects in all Block/Panchayat/Ward are distributed equitably and transparently, in view of the letter no. 10 P/G.S. 15 - 02/2017/270/P.S. (Annexure P/1), Patna dated 09.01.2023, established guidelines for the upliftment of the downtrodden people of

Patna High Court CWJC No.8520 of 2025(2) dt.12-09-2025 2/2 the society, who are always at the stake of welfare state.

ii. Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, or direction to the respondents to conduct a thorough investigation into the alleged fovouritism and allocation of government funds in its true spirit or not by the responsible respondents amongst the citizen of that locality in view of the scheme as made by the state for the welfare.

iii. To direct the concerned authorities to take appropriate action against the officer(s) responsible for the corruption Act and any other relevant laws.

iv. Issue any other appropriate order or direction as this hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice and fair governance."

2. The reliefs sought is not supported by any material information read with the particular scheme, in which year such scheme was existing and there are irregularities. In the absence of these material, the petitioner has not made out a case. Hence the present writ petition stands dismissed.
