Petitioner seeks bail in Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No.483 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302, 120-B/34 Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is specific allegation in the written report against Sujit Singh of causing firearm injury on chest of father of informant, who subsequently died.

Counsel for the petitioner further submits that other accused persons have already been granted regular bail by this Court by order dated 09.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.48217 of 2019.

Petitioner is in custody since 22.12.2018.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No.483 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
