This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 29.03.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4945 of 2019, as contained in Annexure-1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence the registration number of the vehicle was wrongly mentioned in the writ petition as "BR-OPZ7656" in place of "BR-OPJ-7656" and accordingly the same mistake crept up in the order dated 29.03.2019.

Patna High Court MJC No.1745 of 2019(3) dt.28-08-2019 2/2 In view of the above, let the registration number of the vehicle mentioned in second paragraph of the order dated 29.03.2019 be read as "BR-OPJ-7656" in place of "BROPZ-7656". The order dated 29.03.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4945 of 2019 is modified to the extent indicated above. This application, accordingly, stands allowed.
