1. It is pointed out by the learned counsel for the opposite parties that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 19.05.2021, passed in C.W.J.C. No.1461 of 2021, the District Magistrate, Sitamarhi has already passed a reasoned order contained in Memo dated 12.07.2022, rejecting the case of the petitioner, hence the order of this Court has stood complied with.

2. This Court is satisfied that the order of this Court dated 19.05.2021 has stood complied with, however while disposing off the present petition, this Court deems it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to assail the aforesaid order dated 12.07.2022, if so advised, by availing such remedies as are
