The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Deoriya P.S. Case No. 95 of 2018 registered for the offences under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner has been named in the self-inculpatory statement of co-accused Mukesh Sahni.

Considering the above facts, I am not inclined to grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
