No. 1489 of 2011 for the reasons that there was a mistake committed by the Appellant's counsel or Appellant in L.P.A. No. 1489 of 2011, in the cause title, inadvertently, typed as Meena Devi, D/O Bisheshwar Prasad. On the other hand, it should have been Meena Devi, Wife of Bisheshwar Prasad Yadav (in the light of Aadhar Card of petitioner - Meena Devi).

2. Having regard to the technicality, we proposed to modify the cause title insofar as Meena Devi at Sl. No. 34 in

Patna High Court MJC No.997 of 2022(3) dt.29-07-2024 2/2 L.P.A. No. 1489 of 2011 decided on 11.08.2015 to the extent that Meena Devi, wife of Bisheshwar Prasad Yadav instead of Daughter of Bisheshwar Prasad, to that effect order dated 11.08.2015 passed in L.P.A. No. 1489 of 2011 is modified.
