2. This writ application has been filed for directing the respondents to give effect the order dated 25.11.2022 passed in B.L.D.R. Appeal No. 369/2013 passed by Divisional Commissioner, Munger by which the appeal filed by the private respondent no. 6 to 8 against the order dated 24.08.2013 passed in Land Dispute Case No. 41/2013 by L.R.D.C., Bakhri has been dismissed.

3. It is the contention of the petitioner that order in question has not been appealed against and has attained finality. For implementation of the order, the petitioner has already filed an application on 04.12.2023 before the L.R.D.C., Bakhri, District - Begusarai under Section 15 of the Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009

4. In view of submission made on behalf of petitioner, this writ application stands disposed of with a direction to the Land Reforms Deputy Collector, Bakhri, District - Begusarai to, dispose of the application, which is said to have been filed on 04.12.2023, in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

5. Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
