====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 24-11-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 242 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b) a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that during search one loaded Katta was recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 05.12.2019. He further submits that other co-accused, namely, Aditya Kumar @ Kanhai Kumar, has been granted bail vide order dated 02.06.2020 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 19050 of 2020.
