2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, on the secret information, police raided the spot and apprehended three miscreants, while two miscreants fled away including the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner's name has come in this case during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR and
