2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 420, 120(B), 467, 471, 379, 504/34 of I.P.C.
3 . It is alleged that this petitioner in connivance with other co-accused persons have executed the sale deed in favour of accused No. 3 without referring earlier Deed and the other accused persons became witness to the aforesaid Deed.
4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that police after investigation has submitted final form as a mistake of facts and civil dispute . Only with a view to harass this petitioner, a criminal hue has been lent to a civil natured issue .

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate , Sheohar in connection with Sheohar P.S. case no 146 of 2016, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
