Patna High Court CWJC No.7002 of 2015(4) dt.11-05-2023 2/2 affidavit filed on behalf of 5th Respondent that action is required to be taken against the then District Magistrate and other officials who are all involved. Before making such statement, matter should have been placed before the State Government and apprise the State Government to take action. Such materials are not forthcoming.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of as it has become infructuous.
