This application has been filed for modification of order dated 21.9.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.41800 of 2017 by which the conditional bail was granted to the petitioner and that was subject to result of Criminal Misc. No.28666 of 2017. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that Cr. Misc. No.28666 of 2017 was disposed of with direction to the petitioner to move before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the Hon'ble Supreme Court has passed order which is Annexure-4 to the petition and in which it has been directed that the bank guarantee as per the agreement has to be deposited by the petitioner.

No.56135 of 2018 (2) dt.26-09-2018 2/2 In such view of the matter, this order is modified to the extent that he will deposit fresh bank guarantee and also comply the other directions, as per order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, within a period of two months and once it is deposited, the earlier bank guarantee deposited shall be retuned to the petitioner. With the aforesaid modification, this application is disposed of.
