The petitioners seek bail in Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 51/2019, instituted for offence under Section(s) 411 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report that on getting confidential information that looted articles may be recovered from the house of petitioners, police party reached at the house of petitioners and apprehended them. It is alleged that one loaded country made pistol was recovered from possession of petitioner no. 2 and one cartridge has been recovered from

Learned counsel for petitioners has submitted that petitioners are in custody since 27.02.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IVth, Supaul, in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 51/2019, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioners.
