JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-09-2018 This application is for permission to make necessary correction in the memo of appeal of Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 2383 of 2018, in connection with Lodipur P.S. Case No.57 of 2018, to the extent that details of the appellant be corrected as Beena Devi wife of Sri Shiv Mandal which has wrongly been typed as Beena Devi son of Sri Shiv Mandal. Further prayer is for correction, accordingly, in the order dated 10.08.2018 passed in the aforesaid criminal appeal whereby appellant Beena Devi was allowed anticipatory bail. One more prayer is addition of Section 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code in the memo of appeal as well as in the aforesaid order, which could not be typed due to clerical error. Both the errors are clerical one. Hence, prayer for modification to the aforesaid extent is allowed. Further four weeks' time from today to furnish bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56148 of 2018 (3) dt.19-09-2018 P2/ bonds is allowed.

Let the order be communicated to the Court concerned. Accordingly, the modification application stands allowed.
