2. The present writ petition has been filed for cancelling the order of District Programme Officer, Literacy, Bhojpur, Ara i.e. order/memorandum No. 69 Ara / District Programme Officer, Literacy, Bhojpur, Ara dated 21.06.2019 with respect to the petitioner.
3. Considering the relief sought by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the District Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara, along with all supporting
Patna High Court CWJC No.9436 of 2024(2) dt.20-03-2025 2/2 documents within a period of four weeks and the District Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara, is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within ten weeks thereafter.
