The petitioners seek bail in Bihra P.S. Case No. 186 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27-B of the Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, some unknown persons shot dead the father of informant who use to come to village Aaran for exorcism.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that name of this petitioners has come in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Surendra Yadav. There is no eye-witness of the occurrence. Save and except confessional statement of co-accused there is no direct or indirect material to

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners above-named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Bihra P.S.
