2. The writ Court on 29.04.2022 in CWJC No. 10185 of 2020 passed following order:

"Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of. Reserving liberty to the petitioner to prefer appeal before the

Patna High Court MJC No.1380 of 2023(2) dt.29-02-2024 2/2 Executive Director within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. On receipt of such appeal, the Executive Director is hereby directed to decide the petitioner's appeal within a period of three months from the date of receipt of petitioner's appeal."

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party has brought on record the letter No. 27 dated 01.07.2023 by which the petitioner has been informed about the termination of her service.

4. Learned counsel for the opposite party undertakes to serve a copy of the show cause to the petitioner.

5. In that view of the matter, MJC No. 1380 of 2023 stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order.
