The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 195 of 2018 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similarly situated several co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 12374 of 2019 on 05.03.2019, as contained in Annexure-2 to the bail application.
