2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No.446 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 118(2), 109, 352 and 3(5) of the BNS.
3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that the petitioner has assaulted one Binod Thakur.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that from perusal of the injury report of Binod Kumar it opined that the injured has received simple injury. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is no repetition of blow. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is in judicial custody since

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State. He has submitted that the petitioner is having criminal antecedent of two cases.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of learned A.C.J.M., 12, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No.446 of 2025.
