The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Buniyadganj P.S. Case No.197 of 2020 registered under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion. The petitioner is not a PDS dealer. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery of foodgrains and the case is registered under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41168 of 2021(3) dt.21-03-2022 2/2 period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. VIII, Gaya in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No.197 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
