JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 08-02-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State, through Video Conferencing. The present modification application have been filed seeking modification of the order dated 31.01.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41355 of 2021 whereby one of the conditions imposed for grant of bail was that one of the bailor shall be the father of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the father of the petitioner died in the year 2013 but inadvertently the same could not be mentioned in the bail application. The order dated 31.01.2022 is modified to read as 'one of the bailor shall be the brother of the petitioner (Mritunjay Kumar Singh)' instead of 'one of the bailor shall be the father of the petitioner'.
