2. The present modification application has been filed for modification (extension of time) of the order dated 12.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14738 of 2024.

3. In view of the reasons stated in the modification petition, the time for surrender of petitioner, namely, Nishant Kumar @ Abhishek Raj @ Abhilash Raj and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of order dated 12.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14738 of 2024 is extended by two weeks' from today.
