The learned Advocate General appearing for the opposite parties seeks to appear on behalf of the opposite parties and he submits that the judgment of this Court dated 28.08.2018 passed in CWJC No. 15220 of 2005, has now stood complied with and a sum of Rs. 14,32,035/- (Rupees Fourteen lacs thirty two thousand and thirty five), has been paid to the petitioner. 3.

At this juncture, the learned Advocate General has

Patna High Court MJC No.1748 of 2019(7) dt.06-09-2024 2/2 submitted that delay in compliance of the order of this Court dated 28.08.2018 is neither deliberate nor intentional and for the same apology has been sought for by the opposite parties, hence cost of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees one lac), imposed earlier by this Court, be waived.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as also taking into account the fact that now the judgment of this Court has stood complied with in its true letter and spirit and the Director General of Police, Bihar, Patna has tendered unconditional apology, I deem it fit and proper to accept the apology so tendered and waive the cost of Rs. 1,00,000/-. 5.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner though submits that the petitioner has been paid the outstanding amount, as aforesaid, however he submits that liberty be granted to the petitioner to approach the respondents in case of any subsisting grievance. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The petition stands disposed off.
